Here is my latest cake. My first winter theme. It is entirely edible. The base is a white cake and the hill is a mound of rice krispies treats. The trees are corn flake treats. The sleds and snowmen are made of fondant.

I made this for a friend's son, Bram. I hope he liked it! Happy Birthday Bram!!

This was my first Eagle Court of Honor cake for Ben's Boy Scout Troop 4 Westborough
Ben's 5th grade teacher was retiring and Ben wanted me to make a cake with an animal theme. He came up with the saying himself. The moose was made of rice krispie treats covered in chocolate.

In 6th grade Ben's class held a "U.N. Summit". The kids all researched historic people and discussed current topics as that person.

Ben again!! His 6th grade teacher was having twin boys. This was a fun cake to make. The babies are made of fondant.

This was my second "birthday cake for Jesus" that I did for church. All the kids wanted to eat Baby Jesus!

I made this cake for Joe for work.
